At TurnitupwithLeah, we strive to provide high-quality dance equipment to support your training and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
-We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
-To initiate a return, please contact us at turnitupwithleahg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
-Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
-If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
-If your return is not approved due to signs of use or damage, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
-If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
